DURATION- 2 Nights/3 Days

DAY 0:- DELHI TO BHIMTAL

• We will meet at the decided point in the evening from there we will board the vehicle and leave for bhimtal. It is going to be overnight journey and we will take a stop for dinner (on direct payment ).

DAY 01:- BHIMTAL SIGHTSEEING

• After breakfast start your trip to Ghora Khal and Tea Garden
• Vehicle service will terminate with drop at Hotel after visiting all these places.
• Overnight stay at hotel.
• Dinner will be served.

DAY 02:- BHIMTAL TO NAINITAL

• After breakfast drive to Nainital.
• Day free now walk around Naini lake. Evening drive back to bhimtal hotel
• Dinner will be served.

DAY 03:- DEPARTS FOR DELHI

• Morning after Breakfast, leave for Delhi. Evening arrives in Delhi.

TOUR COST – Rs. 6000/- per person (Triple)

TOUR COST – Rs. 6300/- per person (Double)

• NOTE: Above cost will be applicable on minimum 12 paying pax’s.

COST INCLUSIONS:-

• 6 Double \ 04 Triple rooms for 02 Nights with 3 Breakfasts and 2 Dinners in Lake Inn Hotel(3*)
• AC Tempo Traveler from Delhi to Delhi.
• City Tours will be conducted using Tempo Traveler.
• All applicable hotels and vehicle expenses.

EXCLUSIONS:-

• All personal expenses and whatever NOT mentioned in above section.
• Personal expenses such as tips, telephone calls, laundry, medication etc.
• Any Monument entry Fees/Camera Fees.

REMARKS

• You are requested to arrive at the departure point half an earlier than allotted time to avoid hassle.
• The accommodation in the hotels mentioned should not be considered as confirmed unless specifically mentioned and depends on the availability of the rooms. If found full, we shall provide you with another similar property.
• Our cab will remain with you throughout the tour.
• The places mentioned in the itinerary only will be taken to, if you want to visit anywhere else you can go on your own.
• If any sightseeing is cancelled due to bad weather conditions or unavoidable circumstances, no refund will be given.
• Booking shall be released if the advanced payment was not received o time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The booking is not refundable. If the client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including accident, illness or any other personal reasons , the charges levied will be as follows
• 30 to 20 days prior to departure of the tou , 50% of total tour cost.
• 19 to 10 days prior to departure of the tour, 75%of total tour cost.
• 10 to 1 days prior to departure of the tour cost.
